The reason White Cloud Concierge exists is to put more time into people's lives to do what they value most. We handle home maintenance, car care, yard work, errands, and more — so you can focus on what actually matters to you.
What can you NOT do?+
We do not provide direct child care, medical referrals, or anything illegal. We are not an investment property management company and we are not the cheapest option procurement service — we focus on quality and trust.
How fast can you get someone out?+
Usually within a week depending on schedules and availability. For urgent situations, reach out directly and we will do our best to expedite.
How much trust is involved?+
An extraordinarily high level of trust can be built. Many of our clients give us key access and we manage services autonomously. This trust is earned over time through consistent, transparent service.
Who do I pay?+
We wrap everything up in a single invoice via credit card. Payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI-compliant, so your payment information is always secure.
How do you vet vendors?+
We personally vet every vendor within the White Cloud internal team. We only work with providers we trust and would use ourselves.
Can I be both a member and a vendor?+
Yes — some of our vendors are also members who use White Cloud services themselves. It is a great fit.
Can White Cloud be offered as an employee benefit?+
